About Me
I am Cynthia Osagie, a dedicated professional from Edo State Nigeria. My academic journey encompasses a Bachelor of Arts in French from the esteemed University of Benin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the National Teachers' Institute
(NTI), and my ongoing pursuit of a Master of Education (M.Ed) from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).
Throughout my career, I have diligently engaged in a multitude of educational training programs, continuously augmenting
my knowledge and skills.
I am an active member of the 1 Million Teachers Network and wear several hats as a writer, motivator, mentor, and an advocate for empowerment. My teaching prowess is versatile, spanning Nursery, Primary, and Secondary education. I specialize in the
delivery of both the Nigerian and British curricula, underpinned by proven classroom management techniques that ensure a conducive learning environment.
My passion for instilling knowledge is equally matched by my dedication to the art of teaching the French language in an engaging and effective manner.
The pursuit of knowledge and personal development is a cornerstone of my professional identity. I am deeply committed to advancing both personally and professionally. My unwavering passion for children's education, teenage coaching, mentorship for educators, and capacity building for organizations drives my
continuous pursuit of excellence. One of my paramount life objectives is to bridge the gap between unemployed teachers and educational institutions, both locally and internationally.
To facilitate global connections within the education community, I have established two influential Facebook groups: "The Educators Link" boasting over 6,000 dedicated followers and
"Abuja Teachers Network" with a continuously expanding community of over 15,000 followers and ‘’Global Educators Network’’ with 550 followers.
In addition, I curate and oversee a significant event, "The Educators Time Out," designed to foster a platform for intellectual growth and networking among educators.
As a fervent and motivated educator with a profound commitment to early childhood education, I have initiated the establishment of a Preschool and Afterschool Center, aptly named "CARELAND LEARNING HUB," situated within my residence. This
initiative stands as a testament to my dedication to providing affordable, high-quality education for children, offering parents an alternative to the burden of expensive early-age school fees, while also affording their children a secure environment while
they pursue their professional endeavors.
Furthermore, I have formalized my dedication to the educational sector through the registration of a consulting firm, "EDUCREATE HUB LIMITED," focused on providing educational services to educational institutions, corporate entities, families,
and individuals. During extended school breaks, I conduct training sessions with a primary emphasis on "School Improvement Plans (SIPs)," with the ultimate goal of elevating the standard of education through the integration of 21st-century tools and pedagogical skills.
In March 2019, I had the privilege of serving as the Abuja Coordinator for the National Handwriting Contest, hosted in Lagos, a role I executed with exceptional success.
